QuickPlug (quickplug.ng) is owned and operated by Egram Webtech ("Egram Webtech," "we," "us," or "our"), a software company based in Uyo, Nigeria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickPlug website and platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Nigerian law to use QuickPlug. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details (including your name, email address and phone number) and for keeping your login credentials and transaction PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it, unless caused by our fault.
We verify email addresses before allowing certain actions (such as wallet purchases) and may require you to verify your identity or other details at any time, including to comply with anti-fraud or regulatory obligations.
Creating or controlling more than one account to exploit bonuses, promotions, or referral rewards is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance or bonus.
QuickPlug gives you a wallet that you can fund in order to pay for services on the Platform. You can fund your wallet by:
Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed by our payment partners. If a deposit does not reflect, contact support with your payment reference so we can investigate and manually reconcile it if needed.
Your wallet balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds in your wallet may only be used to pay for services on the Platform, requested as a withdrawal subject to the rules below, or (where applicable) earned as cashback, bonuses, task earnings, or referral rewards.
QuickPlug lets you purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, exam PINs and recharge cards ("VTU Services") using your wallet balance. We rely on third-party providers to fulfil these purchases.
You are responsible for entering correct details (such as phone number, meter number, smart card number or exam type) before confirming a purchase. We are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by incorrect details you provided.
If a purchase fails due to a provider error on our end, your wallet is refunded automatically. In rare cases where a request times out and we cannot immediately confirm success or failure, the order is marked pending and your wallet is not refunded until the outcome is confirmed — contact support if this happens and the service was not delivered.
A transaction PIN is required to authorize every purchase made from your wallet. Keep it secret; we will never ask for it outside the app.
From time to time we offer cashback on certain purchases, a welcome bonus for new users, and rewards for referring other users. These are promotional and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time, including the rates, eligibility requirements and minimum deposit or usage thresholds attached to them. We may also decline to honor a bonus or reverse it where we reasonably believe it was obtained through multiple accounts, fraud, or abuse of the Platform's systems.
QuickPlug allows users to complete simple tasks posted on the Platform in exchange for payment to their wallet, and allows other users to post tasks. Submitted task work is reviewed and may be approved or rejected at the discretion of the task poster or QuickPlug. Payment is only credited for approved submissions. We are not a party to and do not guarantee the outcome of any task arrangement beyond what is stated on the Platform.
You may request to withdraw an eligible balance from your wallet to your bank account, subject to any minimum withdrawal amount, verification checks, or processing fee disclosed on the Platform at the time of withdrawal. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, or where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may withhold or reverse balances connected to the violation.
We work to keep QuickPlug available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may place the Platform into maintenance mode to fix issues, and may suspend specific features temporarily where necessary. We rely on third-party providers (payment processors, VTU providers, banks) and are not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by those third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues and make you whole where our error caused a loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPlug and Egram Webtech are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
